LA Creative Studio
We were recently hired by the lovely Lauren Gillmore to design a new logo for her photography company, LA Creative Studio. We were more than flattered seeing as we had admired Lauren’s golden hued, enchanting photography for years. Senior portraits, Engagement sessions, Wedding photography – Lauren does it all. Lauren is not only a photographer, she also holds a degree in Graphic Design, so she was well versed in the logo design process and had plenty of creative input and ideas to throw our way. She didn’t want anything stuffy or corporate – she wanted something free flowing that had a hand crafted feel, but that was also clean and simple. So we got to work on sketches. We hand drew fonts, elements and glyphs and scanned them in to play around with. The result? This simple, stamp-like mark.
